Our chevre is moist, creamy, lightly salted, mild and delicately flavored.
Shelf life: Respect the use by date on the package. Chevre freezes well. Thaw overnight in refrigerator.

Our goat milk yogurt is a true Greek style - we drain about 50 percent of the whey. It is creamy, smooth, and tangy. It contains no additives. It contains four active cultures including two probiotics. Our yogurt is delicious all by itself or flavored according to your taste, e.g., maple syrup, granola, fruit...It makes a great substitute for sour cream, thickener for soup, dip, tzatziki, salad dressing...Our yogurt recently placed 2nd in a national competition held by the American Dairy Goat Association
